Mandate
Perform a complete, detailed, and accurate 3D scan of a three-story building with a basement, including residential units on the upper floors and commercial space on the ground floor. The goal is to produce a reliable digital twin that can be used for design, coordination, and the production of technical drawings.

Proposition
In order to guarantee a high level of accuracy and perfect consistency between the interior, exterior, and terrain, we implement our usual hybrid methodology, structured around a primary control network.
Control network and benchmarks
We establish a control network on the exterior in order to position stable benchmarks on the facades and structural elements. This network provides a common reference for all acquisitions and reduces discrepancies when assembling data.
High-density terrestrial LiDAR
We set up high-density terrestrial LiDAR stations around the building to capture the geometry of the facades, the openings, and the details of the envelope. This step provides a robust metric basis and facilitates overall recalibration.
Mobile LiDAR (SLAM) indoors and outdoors
Using the framework markers, we perform a comprehensive mobile SLAM scan of the interior and accessible exterior areas. The routes are designed to minimize blind spots and cover circulation areas, basements, and key spaces, while maintaining geometric continuity with the envelope.
Deliverables
Structured color point cloud
A comprehensive, dense, color point cloud that allows you to measure, verify, and model existing conditions, and serves as a direct basis for plans, sections, elevations, and technical coordination. Formats delivered in ReCAP (.RCP) and .LAS for maximum compatibility with drawing environments, BIM, and rendering engines.
